If your parcel appears delayed with the courier service, check the provided tracking link for status updates. Occasionally, parcels might not update immediately, so your patience is appreciated. If there’s no updates after a significant delay, we recommend contacting the courier directly or you can reply to this email to escalate the issue. Meanwhile, it’s a good idea to check with neighbours or secure local areas if a delivery attempt was made. 

We always give the most accurate advice available to us on delivery times, however delivery times may be extended during particularly busy periods for our courier partners.
