Our Black Friday sale starts on Thursday 27th November at 8AM and will end Sunday 30th November at midnight.
The majority of items will be included in the Black Friday sale including our best-selling athleisure, party season looks and everyday essentials. Our latest collection 'Home for the Holidays' will not be included in the sale.
You can sign up to our email marketing list to receive early access to our Black Friday offers. Our early access event will take place on 24th November at 6pm. For those signed up to our SMS marketing we will be sending exclusive Black Friday offers via text.
Please note, all Black Friday prices are fixed; prices will remain the same for the entire promotion.
Can I return or exchange items purchased in the Black Friday sale?
Yes, you may return your item(s) back to us unworn in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. You can also exchange your item(s) free of charge. Find out more on our returns policy.
Can I use additional discount codes during the Black Friday sale?
Discount codes including our new customer code can not be used on items in the Black Friday sale. Discount codes will still work on non-sale products.
Will you honour price adjustments if an item I bought goes into the sale later?
Unfortunately we cannot honour any price changes for products purchased before they went in the sale.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our 'next day delivery' option will be turned off for the Black Friday period. This ensures all of our dedicated workers at the warehouse can get everyone’s orders sent out in time. Our UK standard delivery takes up to 3-5 working days and the warehouse team will be working hard to get your order dispatched asap. Delivery delays are possible during this busy period. Will sold-out items be restocked during the sale?
No, unfortunately we will not be restocking product that sells out during the sale. Make sure to sign up to early access to secure all the pieces you want.
Will your Black Friday sale be available on both the UK and EU sites?
Our Black Friday sale will be on the UK site only.
