Forgotten Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, don't worry! It’s really simple to get back into your account.
Simply select the Forgot your password? option on the login page and you will be sent an email which explains how to change your password.
If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us and we will manually reset it for you.
Account Access Issues
If you’re having difficulty accessing your account, it’s possible that you're entering an incorrect email address. Remember that the email address you set up as a login field for your account may be a different address to the one that receives our newsletter or order updates. Make sure you’re entering the email address you used when creating your account.
If the forgotten password link states that you do not have an account with us when you click to reset the password, it’s likely that you previously created an account with a different email address.
