I live in the EU, will I have to pay customs duty & taxes?Updated 3 months ago

Customs and Import Duties only apply to International orders, not UK orders. They may not apply to every country. Fees vary depending on the country.

If Customs and Import Duties are payable to your country, you will be responsible for paying it to the authorities, 4th & Reckless isn't involved in this process.

We have created an EU store to make shopping easier for our international customers. This dedicated store includes all further VAT, Customs and Import Duty charges at checkout.

Please ensure to order on the correct store for your location so that duty and tax is included at checkout.

• EU orders over Є150 will be subject to Import Duties and Taxes and all applicable charges must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible.

• If your order is under Є150, it will be shipped Delivery Duty Paid and you should not be subject to additional fees.

4th & Reckless cannot control any Customs or Import Duties applied to your package.

We can't predict what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country. If you refuse to accept shipping of the items you have purchased, the carrier may return the items to us. 

In the event this happens, we may be required to pay additional charges to the carrier in respect of the cost of return including Customs and Import Duties that were payable by you. We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.
