Can I exchange an item?Updated a month ago
We currently offer exchanges to UK customers through our online portal. You can exchange your item for a different size or style free of charge, subject to availability.
Once we’ve received your parcel back at our warehouse, we will be in touch via email to confirm this and your exchange will be dispatched to you. Please allow up to 3-5 working days from the original item’s arrival at our warehouse for your exchange to be fulfilled.
If you are outside of the UK, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you’re looking for a different size or style, simply return your original item and place a new order!
Why does the item I want show as unavailable on the exchange portal?
If you’re trying to exchange for a new item and it shows as “unavailable” this means the item has low or no stock. Our returns portal will not allow exchanges for items/sizes with less than 5 units in stock. This restriction is in place because we do not process exchanges until we receive the original item and its condition has been approved. In this time, it is likely that your desired item will sell out. Unfortunately, we cannot reserve items for exchanges.
