Returns portal

If you have used our returns portal, you will be notified via email once your return has been delivered to our warehouse. You can also track your return using the tracking reference number given when you register your return.

Self post return

If you have returned your item/s using your own postal method direct to our warehouse, please keep your proof of postage safe. You can use the tracking reference number to track your parcel. 

Refund

We kindly ask that you allow 10 days from the date your return reaches our warehouse for your refund to be processed. If you still haven't received your refund in the given time frame, please contact us at [email protected] and we will look into this for you.

For US, EU and International customers, it may take slightly longer for your return parcel to reach us. If you are concerned about the time it is taking to receive your refund, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
