What should I do if I cannot register my return?Updated 16 days ago
When registering your return in the portal, please make sure to include the prefix “#” i.e. #4TH12345. If you are returning an exchanged item, please use your exchange order number starting with SW-.
Please also ensure that you are using the correct returns portal:
UK customers – create a return through our UK returns portal
EU customers – create a return through our EU returns portal
Once you have selected to generate a QR code or printable label, please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox. It’s also a good idea to check your junk/spam folders. If the issue persists and the QR code email is not in your junk/spam folder, please contact us so we can manually generate a QR code for you.
The returns portal will only allow a QR code or printable label to be generated within the 14 day returns window. Beyond this date, your items will not be eligible for a return and as such a return cannot be created through the portal.
