I’m missing an item from my order, what should I do?Updated a month ago

Whilst we take every care to ensure you receive all the items you ordered, very occasionally mistakes can happen, so we apologise if this is the case.

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible and our customer care team will be happy to help! 

To ensure we can resolve this as quickly as possible, please ensure you provide the following information: 

  • Order number

  • Name of the item you did not receive

  • An image of the packaging if the parcel arrived damaged

If you received an incorrect item in its place, please also include:

  • Name of the incorrect item

  • An image of the incorrect item you have received, including a photo of the label, swing tag and label on the poly bag
