I've received a faulty item, what should I do?Updated a month ago

We’re so sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, but unfortunately rare manufacturing faults may occur. 

If what you have bought is faulty on arrival please contact us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the issue, along with your order details. Our customer care team will endeavour to resolve this for you as swiftly as possible.  

We will inspect the products and if we determine that they are faulty we will (at your choice) either replace any faulty products or refund you the value of the faulty products and the delivery charges. Replacements are subject to stock availability. 

Please note that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a manufacturing fault may not be refunded.
